All rooms are priced per room (normally for two people) including full English or continental breakfast and VAT.
Typically for a country house, all our rooms are different, and range from old school rooms, the reverends study, the
butlers and housekeepers suites, to the old master bedrooms. All have luxury shower or bathrooms en-suite. All
customers have access to our lounges, conservatory and garden. We do have a large fat cat, Lucy, who occupies the
common areas. You may be obliged to tickle her tum.

A small cabin style bedroom (Room 9)  with single bed only and with en-suite bathroom. This room is on the first floor and looks over the courtyard garden

All rooms have tea and coffee facilties, remote controlled TV, clock radio, telephone and private en-suite facilities.
Burpham Country House operates a no smoking policy for all rooms and common areas.
