We believe strongly in using the very best in local ingredients from Sussex based suppliers. Where possible all produce is free range or from sustainable sources. At Burpham we also believe in low food miles and offering a seasonal menu. The menu style is modern English. An example menu can be found here

The restaurant is open from Tuesdays to Saturdays throughout the year, providing both residents and non residents with a fixed price menu served in our intimate dining room or beautiful conservatory. Other evenings are available by arrangement. We are also open for Lunch (except Monday) and serve the best Cream Teas in the area.

After your meal relax in our lounge, enjoy coffee or tea or perhaps a post dinner brandy, cognac or vintage port.

Burpham Country House also offers exclusive restaurant use for special occasions such as Anniversaries, Society Dinners, Christmas and New Year Dinners and during the season shooting parties.
