When you dine in our restaurant you explore the wealth of fine produce that can be found throughout Sussex. Chef Patron, Steve Penticost, brings you a seasonal menu that reflects this rich diversity & presents it with style, passion and skill. For 2009 we are offering a seasonally inspired menu featuring traditional British classics alongside international dishes made with local ingredients. Our latest menu can be found HERE.

We are also fully licensed and provide a range of quality wines, including local wine from Bookers of Bolney and local beers from Arundel Brewery, Hepworths & Hammerpot Brewery.

The restaurant is open from Tuesdays to Saturdays throughout the year, providing both residents and non residents with a fixed price menu served in our intimate dining room or beautiful conservatory. Other evenings, and group lunches, are available by arrangement.

We also accept bookings for group lunchtime functions for 10- 23 people in our conservatory, usually for special occasions. We can also provide standing fork buffets for up to 35 people. An example wedding menu can be downloaded here.
