French Onion Soup with gruyere
Welsh Rarebit, sourdough, red onion marmalade, tomato salad

Mixed Tapas plate with Saucisson, Chorizo, Hams & olives

Heritage Beetroot, walnuts, ricotta, baby leaves, balsamic syrup

Spiced Mackerel Fillet, potato  & Chive salad, sweet chilli

 

Mains
Vegetarian Tagine with Cous Cous, cucumber yoghurt, coriander


Butternut Squash, sage, wild mushroom penne pasta with Sussex cheese sauce & baby leaf salad

Supreme of Salmon, teriyaki marinade, red & green pepper stir-fry  with green beans  


Slow braised Beef cheek in red wine,
button mushrooms, bacon lardons, roast shallots, horseradish mash

Fillet of Sussex Pork, mushroom & herb stuffing, Serrano ham wrap,
rosemary roasted pumpkin, cider jus


Breast of Barbary Duck, green pepper corn sauce,
steamed green beans , crushed new potatoes
